Our Approach
We establish a collaborative dialogue in order to understand and address your organization’s need for change in terms of people, process and technology. From there, we devise a straightforward plan for immediate, iterative action, then produce evidence of progress and adapt on that basis with the least possible bureaucracy.
The process begins with an initial consultation, free of charge. It’s the beginning of a collaborative dialogue with you, in-person or remote.
We will conduct a multi-day assessment that includes direct observations, insights and suggestions. The purpose is to identify the highest value, lowest cost changes and start making them.
We will produce straightforward evidence of progress and adapt on that basis, enabling faster, higher quality decision-making and high performance of teams.

About Kurt
Kurt works with individuals and organizations to transform by building and optimizing high performing teams. He enables the highest level of communication at all levels of the organization to enable continuous improvement.
He holds a BA in English from Princeton University and an MSEd in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania. He has deep experience in teaching and coaching in a variety of settings and contexts. In addition, Kurt has significant experience as a member of highly successful software development product teams in every Scrum role. He’s also served as an Agile coach to a number of Fortune 500 companies and world class institutions.
